Announcing MicroStrategy 9 Release 2

MicroStrategy 9 Release 2, the latest software release from MicroStrategy, is a fully integrated BI platform that makes Business Intelligence faster, easier, and more user-friendly. Specific enhancements in the newest release yield significant benefits to MicroStrategy customers, including:

• Higher Performance – work faster and more efficiently
• Faster Deployment of New BI Applications – launch BI applications quickly
• Next Generation Dashboard Applications – more data per dashboard plus faster, larger scale dashboard distribution

MicroStrategy’s Jump-Start Project and MicroStrategy Health Center are new Business Intelligence offerings for MicroStrategy customers in MicroStrategy 9 Release 2, enabling rapid application development and automatic system upkeep, respectively.

This release builds on the new products and major platform enhancements of the MicroStrategy 9 Platform, which is uniquely engineered for enterprise BI performance and scale. It also serves the rapidly changing business needs of smaller, departmental BI applications. MicroStrategy 9 provides a seamless path to migrate workgroup and departmental BI applications into an integrated enterprise BI operation.
